Open Enrollment is November 3-17—this is your chance to review your benefits and choose the coverage that fits your life.
What's Staying the Same
Good news—your payroll deductions are staying the same. There are no rate increases for medical, dental, vision, or any of the supplemental benefits.
What's New for 2027
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Introducing GO Wellbeing: Powered by Sharecare, GO Wellbeing is our new wellness platform that supports your physical, mental and financial health. Take part in healthy activities—including a free RealAge Test—earn GO Points (similar to today’s Blue Points), and redeem them for rewards!
Blue Points must be used this year: Blue Points expire on Dec. 31, 2026, so don’t forget to redeem your points before the end of the year.
New ID cards: Medical enrollees will receive a dual BCBSTX/CVS card, and dental enrollees will receive a new Cigna card.
LIFE & FAMILY
More paid parental leave: Enjoy three weeks with your new child, up from two weeks.
More bereavement leave: Bereavement leave for immediate family members is increasing to five days, and three days are being added for extended family members.

When you enroll: November 3-17
Take a few minutes to review your plans and confirm the coverage that's right for you.
Want the same benefits? No action needed as your current plans will carry over, except for:
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
These require re-enrollment every year.
Want changes? Log into Oracle Benefits Self-Service and make updates by November 17.
Quick Reminders
Adding a new dependent? Provide dependent documentation within 30 days of enrollment to ensure coverage.
Protect your loved ones: Check or update your beneficiaries for life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and HSA.
Your benefits stay in place all year: Changes can only be made if you experience a qualifying life event.
Open Enrollment Webinars
We offer several webinars to review your benefit choices and answer questions. Spouses and covered dependents over age 18 are encouraged to attend.
